The whole catalog, not one product
Pick a collection, a tag or your whole catalog, choose a look, preview four, and let the run finish while you do something else. New photos are added next to your originals — nothing is replaced — and every run can be undone in one click.
The whole catalog in one run
Preview before you spend
Undo any run, in one click
Select by collection, tag, search or all products, pick one look, and generate in bulk. New images are appended as extra media next to your originals, so nothing you already have is overwritten, resized or recolored.
What you get
Select by collection, tag, search or all products, pick one look, and generate in bulk. New images are appended as extra media next to your originals, so nothing you already have is overwritten, resized or recolored.
A run generates the first four products as a preview before the rest is charged to. Look at them, confirm or cancel, then let the remaining products finish in the background.
Every run keeps a snapshot of what publishing changed. Undo removes what the run added and puts your featured image and media order back — for the whole run or a single product, while the snapshot is inside its retention window.
The rules
Nothing is replaced and nothing is charged for an image you did not get. You stay in control of what is published.
Outputs are added as new media. The source image the run read is never replaced, reordered or deleted, and the app stores only Shopify file and media ids — never your image bytes.
One credit buys one output in every mode, previews included. A failed image is refunded automatically, so you are never charged for something you did not receive. Credits reset each cycle and do not roll over.
Snapshots stay undoable for 30 days on Free and Starter and 90 days on Growth and Pro. After that the run stays in your history as a record, but it can no longer be undone.
Why Capyo
The worst thing a bulk photo tool can do is damage a catalog. Capyo writes new media next to your originals and keeps a snapshot of every run, so a mistake is reversible instead of permanent.
→A styled scene, a clean white background, or the product on one of the app's synthetic models. One credit per image in every mode, and "HD" outputs on the premium engine cost two.
→Outputs are uploaded through Shopify's own Files API and attached as product media, with optional alt text and a square crop. The app has no storefront component, so it works with any theme and changes none.
→How it works
Choose a collection, a tag, a search or your whole catalog. The selection is frozen when the run is created, so what you approve is what gets charged.
A scene preset, clean white, or one of the app's synthetic model presets. Growth and Pro can describe a custom scene in a prompt. One mode per run.
The run generates four previews before the rest is charged to. Confirm to continue, or cancel and keep your credits. Previews are real outputs and cost credits like any other.
When the run is done, publish the outputs as new media — or undo the whole run, or one product, and your featured image and media order come back.
Inside your admin
The on-model presets are synthetic people generated by the app's own pipeline and labelled as such in the Models screen. They never depict real people, and v1 does not accept uploaded models.
Capyo asks for read_products, write_products and write_files. No read_orders, no read_customers and no protected customer data — the app reads your shop and product data only.
Admin only. There is no theme extension, no app proxy and no storefront script. Outputs are product media written through Shopify's Files API; the app itself never edits your theme.
Shopify's compliance webhooks are implemented. Uninstall stops the service, and the app's rows for your shop are deleted when Shopify sends shop/redact, 48 hours after uninstall.
The numbers
Plans differ by how many credits you get each cycle, how long a snapshot stays undoable, and whether you can write a custom scene prompt. Annual billing is not offered yet.

A failed output is refunded automatically. The provider's safety refusal is surfaced as a failed, refunded item, so you are never charged for an output you did not get.
